Why We Do This

Every week, volunteers leave their homes and meet with men in prisons. Are they crazy—or just bored at home? No.

In the closing chapters of the Gospels, Jesus gave His final commands: go and make disciples and feed My sheep.”

That is why we do this. We go and make disciples and feed His sheep — because it matters to God, and it’s what He’s called us to do.

God Calls Believers To Love Through Actions

“Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are suffering as if you yourselves were suffering.” — Hebrews 13:3

Prisoners, often overlooked, are among the neighbors Jesus calls us to love.

Malachi Dads reminds men their worth is not defined by past mistakes, but by God’s grace.

Let Your Light Shine

Then Jesus said, “A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light will shine.”Mark 4:21

Going into prisons shines God’s light into the darkest corners.

Where it’s needed the most.

Scatter the Seeds — God Will Do the Rest

Jesus said, “The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, while he is asleep or awake, the seed sprouts and grows, but he does not understand how it happens.”Mark 4:26–27

Transformation is God’s work.

We scatter seeds and let God make them grow.

If there’s a desire in your heart to share God’s love, don’t overthink it.

Go. Scatter the seeds. God will do the rest.

Faith In Action

Serving others shapes lives within your own family.

When your children and grandchildren see you serve, they learn what love truly looks like.

Your example shows them the kind of father, grandfather, and follower of Christ that God calls us to be.

On The Row —You Don't Grow

At some point, God calls us to take a step beyond comfort.

Sitting on a church row is good —
but it’s not where our faith grows most.

Faith deepens when we get up, step out, and serve others.

While not everyone can enter prisons,
everyone can play a vital role through prayer, encouragement, recruitment, and giving.

Let’s move beyond the row —
and grow in what God is doing.

If this mission speaks to you, there is a place for you here.
